Kidnapped Anglican Priest, Wife And Children Released

 

The Kidnapped priest of the Anglican Communion, Ughelli Dioceses Rev. Agbadamashi, his wife and children have been reportedly released after nearly four days at the kidnappers den.
It was gathered that, Rev. Agbadamashi, his wife and children were allegedly kidnapped along the Evwreni axis of the East/West road while returning from Ughelli to their base in Uwheru, Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta state.
Though it could not be ascertained if a ransom was paid for their release as at the time of this report.
“A source from the Ughelli Dioceses who confirmed their released disclosed that they were set free on Monday and it could not confirm if any money was paid.
“They have been released since on Monday and we give God the glory.”
It would be recalled that the Priest and his family were kidnapped and the ransom of N100million was demand before it reduced to N10 million.
